    Hi Gee,

    Welcome to our forum.

I am sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with cancer too. I haven't had chemo. I am not a doctor and have never had chemo, but I know that you can get infusions or tablets. Different types of chemo have different side-effects. The main advice given here seems to be to drink plenty of water when undergoing chemo.

Please let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx

Have you been allocated a specialist nurse? You can phone her at any time to get further clarification on what your surgeon has proposed for you.  Write down a list of questions before you phone her. This should save you from forgetting something important.
