I have major health anxiety and have done for years. I was fiddling with the area under my chin/jaw earlier and felt a pea sized (maybe slightly bigger) ball under my jaw/in the centre of under chin area.

It feels hard and round to touch, but I can move it. I have had a virus/flu about 3 weeks ago but have been fine since, which is why I'm worried, as I don't see how it can be inflamed from an infection, when there is no infection.

I went to the doctor who didn't seem concerned but are doing my bloods to test my lymph count (think that's what she said.) more to put my mind to rest than anything. If it wasn't hard to touch I wouldn't be worried. It's just that everything I've read about cancerous lymph nodes say they are hard. And healthy shouldn't be hard.
