Letrozole side effects

I have been on Letrozole for my BC for a year now. Usual sides like joint pain and flushes managed somewhat with acupuncture. However since I has two colds Oct/Nov I'm left with a sore throat. Thought it was reflux (another side effect) causing it but that's gone. Has anyone else had this?

    Welcome to our forum. i am sorry to hear about your symptoms. I had a lumpectomy and took Tamoxifen for the first year after diagnosis. I then developed a second primary cancer in the same breast and had a double mastectomy followed by Letrozole for 6 years. I had several side-effects and had to have 2 knee replacements, but I never had any colds or sore throat.
