Hi all,

I went to my GP on Friday as was advised to do so by a pharmacist. Iv been having pain in my right breast plus nipple. And a few red little spots under the nipple however these are in no way irritable infact  I noticed them a month ago but forgot they were there. Iv had pain in my shoulder, neck and upper back also on my right side, since the doctor appointment so am sure it's just viral. However the GP has referred me to our local breast care clinic for a mammogram and possibly an ultrasound. And well I'm an huge over thinker and was wondering if anyone has anything similar they have experienced and can shed some light. Google is not my friend right now. Also do mammograms hurt?
