Hi I had just had my first chemo fect after having surgery to remove my lump in November. I had clear margins but onco came back as highly likely to return. My first chemo was horrendous I had a 1 hour 30 min car ride back to home and vomited all the way and could not get out of bed for 5 days due to sickness. I am also cold capping and tips would be so helpful x
