Hi I had an endoscopy just said small hitnal hernia and mild redness at esophagus from asid reflux I've lost a bit of weight at beginning only because wasnt eating much was scared to incase it flared up but weights stable now just fed up with the feeling bloated dont know if I'm eating right food just wondering if anyone else had this with hernia xive cut my tablets down to one every second day hopefully that will help xx
