Sorry to hear that you've been dealing with some after effects from your recent procedure. It's possible that things may continue to be uncomfortable for a few days or so yet but do speak to your GP or nurse specialist if you're still concerned. 

Your Consultant or nurse will be best placed to advice you if another cystoscopy will be needed. You will also be able to discuss pain relief with them if they feel that another one is necessary.

I had a TURBT done in December last year I too had a fair amount of pain but I'm the complete opposite to you I have a high pain threshold but still mentioned it to my Macmillan nurse she said it will subside after a few days or so, I guess they think everyone is the same after having that surgery done, but we're not are we, if it hasn't dulled down after peeing don't hesitate see your doctor it may be you have picked up an infection like I did.
