Please can someone give me some advice as i am at my wits end. Im 39 and have an 18 year old and a 10 month old, since my little boy last march i have been bleeding every day only had around 3 weeks in total were i havent. I am tired all day every day even though my baby sleeps through, i have been back to my gp at least once a week trying to get to the bottom of this and its making me mentally ill. Finally after complaining that much they did an ultrasound in september first time they said they think its polyps second time nothing detected, the pain and bleeding got worse then i finally got a gyno appointment in december where they immediately found polyps and this was most likely the cause i then had them removed. Well the bleeding has got worse the symptoms worse and im not due a smear till november, i cant carry on like this its affectimg my relationship and my abbility to care for my child.

My symptoms are;

Bleeding constantly 10 months brown discharge

Mobilitating back pain on right side of hip

Adominal cramps all day everyday ( like the start of labour cramps)

Constantly tired

Knee and leg pain

Feeling hungry 24 7 and needing energy all the time

Incontinence daily not even after full bladder empty i could wet myself fully

Feeling my bladder has dropped

Needing to wee more frequently

Pain after urinating 

Servere constipation and pushing to go makes the blleeding worse
