im new to this chat room and am just after someone / people to chat to really.

After a CT scan and Ultrasound scans for right abdominal pain they have found I have a Ovarian Cyst on the left ovary it's 5x4cm and although when initially found I had occasional pain on the left side that had been ongoing for about 2 weeks, and I now have a dull ache and sometimes sharper pain in the left  groin / pelvic area pretty much all the time. 

they have said they are "watching waiting" and I have   a scan in another 3 months time.

 But it seems odd to me that the pain has suddenly got worse / more consistent.. anyone else had this? Is it ok to take pain relieft and for how long can I keep doing this?
