So, 

I've had this moveable lump on my right side for a long time, over months .This may sound silly but the left side of my necks never swells if ill only my right. It's always there even if I'm not ill with no pain, however can become sensitive when I am. I'm just confused to if it's just my glands or something else. I always worry but just never seen the GP.
