MRI follow up

Hello 

I'm currently going through the motions concerned i may have lymphoma. I had an MRI scan last week and i've had a text from my doctors for a follow up appointment and i also been scheduled for a follow up with the ENT. My question is it was standard practice for follow appointments after an MRI even if they didnt anything wrong in the MRI or should i expect a worrying consolation?

    I am really sorry to hear you are currently worried about lymphoma. Unfortunately it is difficult to know whether it is standard practice to have a follow up appointment after an MRI you can't really read anything into it - it may just be the standard procedure but your medical team will be able to tell you more about this. I hope that all your follow up appointments go well and we keep everything crossed for you!
