Has anyone ever experienced severe back pain during chemo (I have breast cancer 1/2 way through treatment)? Had it for 2 days now and thinking the worst. Thank you.
A big welcome to our forum! Back pain can be so unpleasant I hope that it eases soon. Hopefully you will hear from some of our other members who have also experienced back pain during chemotherapy. I think it would be worth mentioning this pain to your doctor/medical team and asking whether this might be a side effect of your treatment or what they think it might be caused by. Your doctor will be able to refer you for example so that you can benefit from physiotherapy or any other treatment which they deem appropriate in your particular circumstances. So do mention it to your doctor or your specialist specifying that this has only been going on for a couple of days.
Try not to think the worst though - there are so many different causes to back pain and the doctor will be able to tell you more about it and hopefully recommend something to relieve it.

Thank you so much for your reply. GP sent me for an x-ray yesterday I should get the result tomorrow. You have reassured me. It is a constant battle in my head though. At one point I'm positive, the next i think the worst.
