I Think My Prostate Cancer Is Back

Hi 62 years old, 5 years ago had prostrate cancer har radiotherapy. All been good up to two years ago when PSA started to rise.

Over the two years PSA rised every test now at 17.5 now awaiting scan and been told to start Hormone Treatment in February

In panic mode now don't know what to expect any comments and advice would be appreciated

Welcome to the Cancer Chat community Tony although I'm sorry for the reason you're joining us.
Hopefully some of our members who have been in a similar position will be along soon to offer their support and advice but I'd just thought I would give you our cancer nurses telephone number in case you wanted to have a chat with them about this. They're available Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m on 0808 800 4040.
We have some general information about hormone treatment on our website just here but the Prostate Cancer UK website may be rather useful at this time as well.
