Seems like you've had quite a bit done already. What treatment do you start on Thursday? I haven't had any opps yet but going through chemo at the mo. I find the staff really lovely at the units and don't be afraid to ask any questions, I always want to know lol!
Try taking it a day at a time, it is scary cos its the unknown, I'm just coming to the end of 8 cycles and felt very well looked after, the nurses are great as Mich says. if ever you have concerns speak to the breast care nurses, or nurses on unit, .you will get a 24hour help line number so your never alone.
If I was to give one piece of advice it would be to drink 3lt of fluid a day if you can, it really helps.
