Im sorry I can offer no advise, but I am currently in the same position with my dad. I'm not sure how long we have left with him & been on tenterhooks for the last week since he came home from hospital. The hospital have referred us to a hospice (or McMillan, whoever is nearest to you) and they will send the district nurses and their own nurses to your home. It's a truly awful time, I'm so very sorry that you and your young children are going through this. Try and look after yourself as best you can. Hugs sent.
