HPV with low grade dyskyalorsis - persistent

Hi 

I have had HPV infection with low grade Dyskaryosis for several years, im on 12 monthly smear recalls.  Had LEETZ procedure nearly 4 years ago which removed some but not all cells.  I am getting increasingly concerned now.  Why wont this HPV go away on its own.    I am worried as it has been so long now and will never clear.   Any tips?    also how can I iboost my immune system?
