Hi,

I have a swollen node under my jaw/on neck that grows and shrinks on a daily basis. It starts the size of a baked bean and then grows to the size of a large kidney bean, this happens daily, not painful and is moveable.

i do have a constant blocked nose and in a morning I blow out a orange coloured clear jelly like snot, (no fever or cough etc) I also have bad/missing coroded teeth so not sure if this is related!

over the last 3 months I've been having strange symtoms, random underarm sweats in the day similar to a hot flush (not drenching), blood shot eyes and mucus that comes and goes, heart palpitations, pale cold numb hands and feet, occasially dry mouth and foamy saliva, chest discomformat with slight breathlessness. All of this symtoms seem to come and go on a carrythmic cycle between 9am and 9pm, strange I know!!

FBC all normal

b12 normal

folate slightly low which I have been prescribed folic acid. 

blood pressure and sugar normal 

elevated heart rate with exercise but within average at rest.

ECG normal 

Any comments or guidance would be appreciated.
