I had a recent kidney CT scan and by chance it has shown that I have an enlarged ovary. I've been referred for an urgent ultrasound (appointment this Tuesday).

Sorry to hear that you are also going through the same thing, least they are getting you an urgent appointment!

Did they give you any information on what it means? The doctors gave me no information at all, and I'm still waiting for my referral.

My Dr wrote to me and said the Kidney CT scan had shown an enlarged ovary and he'd referred me urgently for a pelvic ultrasound. He said he wanted me to be seen within a fortnight. My appointment for ultrasound was issued within a week. Other than that he didn't give me any other information. It's a worry.
