Please could anyone help 

I had hpv around 3 years ago and had treatment. I then had a clear smear

i have now had my third smear and the results came back that I have hpv ahain. Me and my husband have split so is it likely this is from a new partner or could it be re occurring. Also what are the complications of having it a second time
