Hi my name is aisling i am now 19 bit i was 16 when my dad died to bowel cancer about 4 days before my birthday in 2016 and since then I been griefing and lossing friends that don't understand me.i just feel all alone.
Welcome to the forum and I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with the loss of your Dad. Loosing a parent can be difficult especially when you're still young.

Grief is very personal and how long people grieve for is a very individual thing. It may be months or as has been the case for you, even years.
