I am so sorry to hear about your symptoms. I'm afraid that I am not a doctor, so cannot answer your question. Make an appointment with your GP and get this checked out. If you GP is at all suspicious of anything untoward s/he will refer you to the breast clinic for tests. Instead of worrying about this and doing nothing. Phone your GP for an urgent appointment. If you tell the receptionist why you need this, she will fit you in as soon as possible.

There may be a simple solution such as an infection, which a course of antibiotics could get rid of, but you are better to be sure.
