A very warm welcome to our forum. I am so sorry to hear that you are waiting for your results over the holiday period and, hope that you don't have too long to wait. This is a frightening time for you. There are so many unknowns. Believe it or not, it will become easier once you get your biopsy results and know what you are dealing with. You might find it helpful to sit down with your partner and draw up a list of questions for your gynae before you go back to see him. It is all too easy to forget to ask important questions at your consultation if you don't write them down.

Can you take someone with you when you go to get your results? This is always a good idea.

Thank you so much, it's hard trying to pretend I'm not worried and it felt better admitting my fear and you've given me a boost and yes I will follow your advise . Heard the click of the letter box but no letter so it'll be new years now. I'm going to spend time with my grandchildren and be as silly as I can be keeping busy . What a pity that there was no letter today. Spend as much time with your grandchildren making memories. That's what I try to do with mine. They are so uninhibited and natural that you have no bother being as silly as you like with them.
