Breast lump removed, now taking medication, new pain in leg

Hi I am very worried I had a lump removed from my breast and also lymp node removal followed by radiation in the last year I am now on medication for 5 yrs but in the last 3 weeks a sharp unbearable pain has began in my leg should i insist on an mri to put my own mind at rest,my overall health has suffered from this 5yr treatment but I have just put up and shut up until this pain started?

 

  • Welcome to the forum Maymay although I'm sorry about the pain you've been experiencing in your leg since you started your medication.

    If you feel an MRI would give you peace of mind then why don't you mention it to your doctor/medical team and see what they say? The most important thing is that you're happy so if doing this would enable that then do speak up and let them know what you're thinking and feeling.
