I hope you're well. My partner was only diagnosed just over a week ago. Even so we wake each night and see the other awake and know what the other is thinking about. In a nutshell I have absolutely no idea how to anwer your question, and see that I will be facing the same one, but if you need someone to vent to then feel free to get in touch.
