Hi guys,
I’m new to this forum and would really appreciate some support or advice or even if anyone has experienced a similar thing.
I have two lumps above each collarbone in the supraclavicular area.. only, they are quite long and seem to run alongside my trapezium muscles. They don’t hurt and I can kind of move them under my fingers. In fact, I’d say they’re sausage shaped and are probably about the size of my little finger.
Ive had them looked at by various GP’s but only one of them has said she thought they were actually lymph nodes.. the rest seemed to think they were just fatty lumps..
I’ve had heaps of symptoms since around April this year and have had an ultrasound on my abdomen, a colonoscopy due to some bleeding, blood tests - all of which have come back clear. I had a chest X-Ray 3 weeks ago but haven’t had the courage to call for results.. I’m hoping that no news is good news? I still have abdominal pain and have had a sore throat for ages! At my most recent appointment my GP suggested I’m stressed. He’s right, but I’m not sure that’s the cause of my symptoms.
I’m 37 and have 4 children.. I spend my days terrified that I have cancer. A very good friend of mine who is the same age has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and had a big immovable lump where his neck meets his shoulder.
What do I do guys. I’m so worried all the time.
X
