Hi just joined the group today - I had a mastectomy a few weeks ago and today found out results - I have some cancer in the lymph nodes and needing scans for bones, liver etc - think gone into panic mode now
Welcome to the forum. It must have came as a bit of a shock to you.The scans are standard practice and doesnt necessary mean the cancer has spread outside the nodes but can see why one would panic having been told that news. Although I had BC last year I did not have lymph node involvment but there are lots of ladies on here who have and hopefully they will come along to offer support/advice. x
