sorry just reading through the posts and came across yours. 
mom sorry your going through this I myself found a hard lump in my armpit a few weeks ago, went to doctors and she said maybe a cyst? So gave me 21 ceflexin 500mg tablets and I've completed them only,,, I have a lump in top of right breast quite small but sticks out through the skin so easy to feel it without trying, though not noticeable when directly looking at breast it is not painful at all but my shoulder and arm ache terrible without doing anything!! The lump seems to be fixed into the tissue and my breast tissue feels weird compared to other breast. I forgot to mention that the doctor wrecked my breast and did say it was "" lumpy"" compared to other and told me to go back if anything changes but I'm too scared! I'm 34 years old mum to 3 kids

All sounds like good news to me, mamograms and ultrasounds scan the whole breast, chest wall  and underarms so if nothing came up on these then I'd be out celebrating - think you're worrying over nothing x

Finding anything outside the norm is scary so not surprised you're worried. Three positives from your post is that the GP felt the area and it did not feel like a tumour to her, also the area went down with antibiotics. thirdly breasts can be lumpy, doesnt mean anything.However you are obviously thinking the worse and I think it would be a good idea to go back to see the GP again and have another chat as I feel you need to put your mind to rest. Thank you for sharing your experiences too. 
I certainly think you need to go back to your GP and try and get a referral, even if it is a cyst it should be checked out. 
I do know how you feel though coming away from your GP with feeling you have gotten nowhere. Hopefully if it's a different GP you may get a referral

Thank you. That's exactly what I keep trying to  tell myself ️ Just got myself worked up and worried as they only scanned the part of breast where the consultant marked off and my breast are very dense xx

the reason I'm stressing is because the lump wasn't there in the breast when I visited her only the lump in armpit was there which has slightly gone down but I can feel more in the tissue around the armpit too. But I only felt the breast one when I started thinking why does my shoulder and arm ache? I was trying to shave and found it at the time I wasn't concerned about my breast only my armpit if that makes sense? Maybe it's nothing but the shoulder pain on top of it all it's worrying me with all the other symptoms too. 

Thankyou for replying I don't mean to jump on your post by the way but just thought I'd share your not alone in all this worrying. 
I do tend to worry as my health has been awful ever since I got meningitis a few years ago, then I suffered a stroke last year and sepsis so I do worry more than usual about everything 

I understand but these people are experts and yours has been diagnosed as glandular as they obviously know the characteristics. I honestly feel if they had ANY doubt you would have had further tests. If you are worried then you can always go back to your GP or call the nurse at the breast clinic and go through everything with her.

I think you should go back to see your GP and have it looked at again, I think its the only thing that will reasure you. I had cancer in both breasts and have never suffered from shoulder pain. I did have a little arm pain but that's because I had lymph nodes removed.
