So I was checking out my breast and noticed a lump right above my nipple on my right breast... I was due to come on my period. Usually my breast would be heavy and sore before I was due on but they weren't hurting just a little heavy. I went to the Drs and they said it wa snitching to worry about and that I could wait 4 weeks and see if it goes away or get it checked at a breast clinic to assure me it was nothing in around two weeks time. I decided to have an ultrasound by the breast clinic. 
I am telling myself it's fine and nothing to worry about but as the appointment is getting closer I'm getting worried. 
My period has passed and the lump is still there, it does feel slightly smaller now.

I know they say you shouldn't read things online etc but my lump is painless and read it's more likely to be cancerous if it's painless... I'm only 30.... t

can anyone give me any advise or help me?
