Hi, I'm suffering a pain in my right testicle and my abdomen. I had a dull ache in my left testicle for 2 days then had a day with no pain. The day after my right testicle is very tender and i have a cramp like pain in my stomach. I've checked my self and couldn't find any lumps. But worried about what it could be.
