Good evening ladies and gents 
Cutting a massive story short.. just finished my last 10 yearly smears last October. I've found myself back at the doctors with spotting between periods, after sex.  Also suffer with pmdd.  The doc did a VE  and has said my cervix looked swollen and could see some enlarged blood vessels that didn't look normal.  I was fast tracked to coloposcopy my appointment was Monday just gone.  She pulled out this new machine called a z scan.. ( I'm sure that's what she called it) anyway on the scan it's shown up an area of concern. So she took a biopsy.  Has any of you lovely ladies heard of this scan??  It's been a while since I attended for colposcopy as the last 10 yearly have appeared clear.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
