As the moderators have allready informed you, we cannot diagnose... no one here can .. if your really worried call 111 and they can advise .. or call your G P and tell them you need an quick appointment ..
Ring your GP for an emergency appointment first thing on Monday morning. Don't be fobbed off by any talk about waiting until December, that's just for a routine appointment. If they refuse, politely but firmly ask them where else you can go for an emergency appointment locally as the stress of worrying is making you ill. Alternatively ring 111, but they'll probably give you similar advice.
No-one on her is qualified to diagnose you (e.g. I'm a patient, not a clinician) however much we sympathise with your situation.
