New to this - radical nephrectomy right kidney

Hi

I am recovering from a radical nephrectomy right kidney. The opp was 2 weeks ago and recovery is slow but sure. I have been out for a walk 3 times whoop whoop! I am finding it hard to stay confined.

 I am still in a fair amount of pain particularly at night-assume this is normal.
