Hi, 6 years ago I had a lumpectomy and a lymph node removal, treated with radiotherapy after a breast cancer diagnosis and now recovered.

I am experiencing lung and heart issues following the radiotherapy which is currently being investigated by specialists.

My question is why am I now noticing lines and indents where the lump was removed, considering I had tunneling surgery, which the surgeon cut around the nipple and removed the lump to assist with no scaring on the breast.

I am in constant discomfort around the top of the breast wall and cannot hug anyone on my left side as it hurts, this again has been from day one of the surgery.

Should I be concerned?
