No-one here can tell you what this lump is but you're doing the right thing by seeing your doctor as they'll be able to have a look at it for you and let you know if it's any cause for concern.

I know the 6th is a some time away but if you're able to stay busy and distract yourself from thinking about this too much it will help you with the wait. Many of our members know what it's like to be in this position so I'm sure some of them will be along soon to offer their support and advice.
