I'm sorry to hear that you've been diagnosed as having an ovarian cyst and that you'll need surgery. Unfortunately we're not able to say whether it can be done by keyhole. This is something that you'll need to discuss with your surgeon. 

You've mentioned that you also have a raised CA125 level and it's important to remember at the moment that having a raised level does not automatically mean a diganosis of cancer as high levels can also be caused by non-cancerous conditions such as endometriosis.
