Hello there Glitter. First of all, you are not alone, there are a lot of breast cancer ladies on here, some just starting on the treatment path, some in the middle of it and quite a few, like me who have completed treatment and getting on with their lives.

Have a look at the Good and the Bad thread, a lot of us use that. It’s not all about diagnosis and treatment, non cancer life is also discussed.   

I’m two years now since active treatment ended and I still get discomfort and yes at times, pain. It is diminshing but it’s gradual.  The aches from the hormone inhibitors can be something else, if these are getting you down, insist on a conversation with with your Breast Care nurse or consultant.  Depending on when you started Letrozole, it might be time for a review.
