Hi, I have been taking Letrozole for 2 months now , following a mastectomy (two small stage 1 primary cancers found in one breast). I have had a few different side effects like nausea and joint pain but these I can live with at the moment. However, I have now had a third bout of cystitis in as many months and I have been told that Letrozole can be the cause. Has anyone else experienced cystitis as a side effect? I know I have not been taking the Letrozole for long but am seriously considering stopping them.
