Sorry you've had to go through this cancer journey ... I'm over two years post masectomy...
I'm sorry to say , your not alone ... think everyone I've known with it, always carry the fear of it comming back ... it just sits on our shoulders ... we just have to learn to live with those thoughts ... but in a positive way, you are more alert to things ... so would catch it early ..
Really all we can do is make the most of every day ... live every day we get ... and at the end of the day .. no one .. cancer or not, know if they have tomorrow... could be anyone ...
Nice reply Chrissie ... sorry Suzy to hear of your struggles .. I’m trying to see changes I am making as a positive .. I’m trying to eat healthy whixh I think makes me feel better .. it doesn’t mean lifestyle was the cause of anything as I think iota genetic but a healthy lifestyle feels like something to do with challenging feelings and I have felt brighter and more alert for it
