I'm 24 and found a very small lump/hard something in my lower right breast.  Went to the doctor and she said its not cancer but shes refferring me to the breast cancer clinic urgent two week referal. Since then I think I feel a swollen lymph node. But i dont know if this could be related or not.

From what I can tell the lump in my breast feels like its stuck to muscle. I dont think it moves. Its very small.

I'm only 24. Really what are the chances of me having breast cancer? However ive read all hard lumps that cant be moved indicate breast cancer? Could it be anything else? 

My entire breast feels lumpy but this specific part is definitely a lump. Not sore unless I mess with it however my breast has felt slightly swollen the past few weeks which is what made me have a random feel.
