HPV Positive and Low Grade Dyskarosis

So last year I got my results saying HPV positive with low grade dyskarosis, I was so scared with the results I started googling everything under the topic. I was invited to the colcospy back last year. So I got checked out the nurse was really friendly put me at ease, the examination went well from what the nurse could find was nothing major CIN1. I was again invited for another smear test this year and again I have the same results as last year and again invited for another colcospy and again in two weeks, my anxiety levels has risen. 

I still haven’t managed to get rid of the HPV my partner and I are practising safe sex aswell.

My question is has anyone had a similar situation and what was the outcome?

    Once the hpv virus is in your system you will always have it...and it can be active when your immune system is compromised. I’ve read of lots of ladies having multiple treatments for CIN-but CIN1 may even regress on its own. Keep your immune system as healthy as possible and that will help-diet and exercise  etc, just general good living. Practising safe sex with your boyfriend will not make any difference to you having hpv as you have it now. xx
