I have polycysitic ovaries. 

I usually have one period a year and its its pretty much the same each time. Brown blood for a day red blood for 3/4 then brown again. 

I have had strange bleeding for the last month.

i had a red blood bleed for just one day then the following week a “normal” for me period. Then 2 days later brown then black blood similar to that blood when I start or end a period. It has lasted two weeks and thenyesterday i had a looooot of red blood with lots of black blood clots some of which looked dry not fresh like hard clots as such. Along with this I’ve had awful pains in the same place to the left on my pelvic area for the past two weeks and also experienced jelly like glue discharge after the first 1 day bleed.

is this a sign of anything serious? I’ve had STI test and they have come back clear and a cervical smear last year which was also clear and two negative pregnancy tests over the past two weeks. 

Minds us going crazy as I know my body and this is not normal for myself when I usually only bleed once a year and is usually a normal period.
