I'm sorry to hear about your sister and can understand how much you miss her. We have a section on coping with pain, which I hope will be of some use. It sounds like you need support and there are resources that can help. People grieve in different ways, but bereavement charity Cruse can support you as you cope with your loss. I also noticed that my colleague Steph gave the nurses helpline when she replied to one of your posts. They're a great team who would be happy to speak to you if you need.
