My dads just been diagnosed with lung cancer fri 30th aug and he needs to go for a biopsy but dosnt know when and im just wanting to know how long wait it is to get it done ?
Welcome to Cancer Chat, although I'm sorry to read about your dad. I hope you're getting on OK. There's no set answer to your question unfortunately - it will depend on what the doctor said to your dad and also how busy the hospital is. They would hopefully have given a rough timescale for when to expect the appointment. If you haven't heard anything within a week or two you could always call the hospital to check.
