I recently found a lump in my right breast, went to the hospital yesterday and had an ultra sound and biopsy and the doctor was sure it’s a Fibroadenoma. After reading a bit on here and google I have found they are often misdiagnosed as Fibroadenoma and after biopsy have been found to be cancer!
Has this happened to any one? Or has anyone had a Fibroadenoma diagnosis and it was correct?
How unfortunate that your fibroadenoma initial diagnosis actually turned out to be cancer. That must have been such a shock for you and I hope you will hear from others here who have faced a similar situation.
