Bony lump in the middle of my chest

Hello. I am 15 years old and have found a bony lump in the middle of my upper chest, I first noticed this in February 2019 and since then it has got a bit bigger. It is not painful at all but non of my friends have this at all. May someone help of understanding what this is and give me advice??

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to advise on what this could be - the best thing in these situations, if you're worried, is to see a doctor, who will be able to help. I know this can be hard to do, but it will help to give some certainty.
