Hello all, 

For a year now I've basically had 4 marks on my skin, they are all flat with a darker red in the middle and a lighter red surrounding them (all of them aren't large but small. I have one on my forehead, the back of my hand, on my arm and on the back of my leg... They don't hurt, itch, bleed, scap or change. I wouldn't even know they were there. When I apply pressure on my skin surrounding them, they fade, the one on my forehead disappears completely.

I have health anxiety and I'm constantly thinking of the worst.
