Suspected Ovarian Cancer

Hi

My 50 year old wife went to the doctors with persistent bloating. The GP found a mass lower abdomen.

she has been fast tracked and we have a Gynaecology appointment Tuesday , following Tuesday a diagnostic pelvic ultra sound and a further Gynaecology appointment that Friday.

theres obviously something there and I’m just praying it’s benign. My wife started with menopause symptoms 3 years ago, tried hrt tablets and patches to ease flushing but was only on them about a year total due to severe head aches. She has always suffered hormonal migraines.

Periods stopped maybe feb March but then she had a period June.

Other then the bloating and last 2 months feeling full she has had no pain and generally feels well.

Wondering how many times these things turn out benign? It says about 3 in a 1000 maybe not so in this age category.

It’s all consuming right now and I feel sick constantly.

im a 36 year old female and we’ve been married 6years together 11.
