Hi everyone,I hope you are all ok ,I was just looking for a bit of help really ,I have the following issues and was wondering if anyone had any similar things

bleeding from bum /on off constipation/change of habits for around 12 months,doctor did rectal examination and confirmed no piles he sent an urgent referral to colerectal department (12th August appointment)

large lump on right testicle for a number of years ,dull ache started a few months ago (on/off) ultrasound tomorrow 

feel exhausted all the time no matter how much sleep I get,always feel like I am getting a cold but it never comes to anything 

thyroid nodule that has grown,awaiting biopsy,(had ultrasound,no results yet)

dizzyness on off dull pain in neck 

shakes in right arm/hand 

2 lots of blood have come back clear and two ecgs clear

any advice?
