I’ve got a mole on my leg that’s got a bit darker in colour and seemed to scab a little. I picked it so it looks a little sore which I know I shouldn’t. I’m not sure if this is something I should be concerned about.
Any mole that changes colour or scabs/bleeds is best being looked at by a GP. It may just be an infection on the skin under the mole but a GP is the only person that can tell if it's something simple or if it needs further investigation by a dermatologist. If it takes a while to get a GP appointment, I suggest you take a photo of your mole and then the GP can see what it looked like today (just in case it changes again in the meantime). Don't pick at it or you will make it more sore. Good luck and please let us know how you get on,
