I'm 68 . My last smear came back as borderline . I now have had a couple of episodes where I have been bleeding . Should I bother my doctor as I don't want to clutter the nhs up unnecessary .

Hi there - absolutely you should see your GP. You will NOT be "cluttering up the NHS unnecessraily" Post menopausal women like you & I should not have this kind of bleeding. It needs to be sorted out before whatever the problem might be, gets worse. It may well be nothing but it does need checking.
Hope you take this advice - all the best. :)
Bless you.
Please make an appointment as soon as if not just to put your mind at ease if nothing else.
Don't worry about cluttering up the NHS your local GP wouldn't mind at all.
Take care. Xx
Thank you . Will call doctor tomorrow .
